Strength and Conditioning

Our strength & conditioning training is a year around program for our girls and our boys. Strength and conditioning is vertically aligned from the 6th grade through varsity athletics. Our goal is to help our athletes become mentally and physically stronger while building confidence through our training habits. Running faster, jumping higher, and injury prevention are all products of our training program. 


6th Grade- Body Weight Exercises, Core, Introduction to the RDL

7th Grade- Block Zero, Front Squat, Bench Press, and Hang Clean

8th Grade- Front Squat, Bench Press, Hang Clean

Spring of 8th Grade: Introduce Back Squat, and Introduce mid shin and elevated power clean 

High School: Have all the tools in place to train year around
