Admin Relationships

Having a great working relationship with our administration is one of my top priorities! 

We will build a plan to hire great teachers and coaches! I will set high expectations for our coaches in the classroom because that is what our kids and our school district deserves.

27 Coaches 

25 Fully Certified Teachers 

26 with a CDL

How do we develop and sustain a great relationship: 

Presence in the school building (Coach) and athletic events (Admin)  

Transparency from both sides

Clear line of communication 

We will always fight for what is best for our kids behind closed doors, but we will always be united in public with the decisions that we make! We are in this together as a team! 

I would like to sit in on the teaching aspect of our coaches interviews. I can ask questions or just listen, but I would like to see how our candidates do in that aspect of their interview!
